The ABA is responsible for governing the conversion of television transmissions from analog to digital mode. Therefore the website contains accurate information regarding the legislation, planning and licensing of Digital TV, including a description of the basic features of Digital TV and the how the broadcasting industry functions. The website includes important public information regarding the interference to analog television transmissions, which are caused by digital transmissions. The organisation's outlines its responsibilities to manage the interference issue under Government legislation and provides a guideline to citizens who experience interference of how to ensure the problem is amended quickly and effectively. A detailed outline of the future implementation plans of Digital Television and a brief timeline of the history of Digital TV is also presented. Overall the website provides information on both the benefits and disadvantages of implementing the new media system.

The website examines the benefits of Digital TV and the history of the product's development. The information presented on the web site provides clear instructions on how to purchase Digital TV. Instructions include purchasing location, installation requirements and benefits of the product. There are relevant links to sites containing information on new Government legislation and the background of Digital TV. And there is also a side bar of the latest Digital Television news updates.

The review focuses particularly on the Government decisions that have been made in regards to Digital Television under The Television Broadcasting Services (Digital Conversion) Act in 1998. The Website outlines the page's contents and begins by providing a general description of Digital TV. There is an outline of the basic rules on how Digital Television will be introduced by television broadcasters under the Act. The author provides information on the Howard Government's decision to protect existing free-to-air TV providers from competition. The decision gave existing free-to-air television broadcasters 7 megahertz (MHz) of spectrum for digital broadcasting and allowed them to rent enough spectrum to continue the analog system to assist with the cost of shifting to a digital system. There is information provided regarding the process of implementing the new service into the existing broadcasting system. Also a comprehensive list of related sites, which are relevant to the topic and intended audience.
